Role: Art Direction, AI Direction, Vibe Coding, Film
For an internal Grundfos leadership meeting, I created a vibe-coded AI film generator that turned participants’ choices into personalised drama films. They selected a scenario, genre, supporting character and prop, and the generator transformed their inputs into a production-ready setup before placing them directly into the story.
Built in Claude, the experience combined interface design, automated prompting and AI filmmaking into one tool. Instead of simply talking about the possibilities of AI, participants could interact with it themselves and see their choices become a film.

Every year, Kunde & Co sends a Christmas greeting to clients, with personal messages from the teams they work with. For the 2025 edition, I created a complete visual universe in AI, from the main film to every asset used across the digital experience. The world was built around a handcrafted 3D playdough aesthetic, drawing on the slightly imperfect, warm feeling of the children’s films many of us grew up with. The aim was to make the experience feel nostalgic and familiar, while using AI to create an entire consistent world across film, characters, environments and interactive assets.

How do you tell a compelling story about getting older, and the things we don't like to talk about? ...with no budget, no time and that has to work across three continents?
For the Dovida Circle Of Care movie, we chose to use AI film to tell the story. To be able to change parts of the film to align with different ethnicities and parts of the world, the story was built around different situations where this could easilier be chnaged. All clips are generated using Kling or Seedance.

For the launch of flowIQ® 1200, the challenge was to explain the shift from mechanical to static metering, while showing that smarter water metering does not have to mean one solution for every part of the network. flowIQ® 1200 and 2200 offer different levels of insight on the same proven quality platform, making static metering more accessible without compromising accuracy.
We developed an abstract 3D world to turn these technical ideas into a simple visual story. Mazes, repetition, movement and changing forms were used as metaphors for uncertainty, choice and transition, creating a consistent visual language throughout the film. The entire visual universe was produced using AI, allowing the technical narrative to become something more cinematic and engaging.
